Fireworks Returns Policy

 Return Eligibility: For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fireworks, but we offer a Dud Free Guarantee.

 Our Promise: At Super Show Fireworks, we stand behind the quality and performance of our fireworks. We proudly offer a Dud Free Guarantee, ensuring that your fireworks will light up the sky with excitement.

 What is a "Dud"? A "dud" refers to a firework that doesn't function as intended, failing to produce the expected display.

Our Commitment: If any of our fireworks (except Moon Traveler bottle rockets) are found to be defective or do not perform as intended, we are committed to making it right. We will provide a store credit for the cost of the item.

 How it Works:

In the rare event that you encounter a dud, please contact our customer support at info@ssfireworks within two days of the New Year's or 4th of July season about your purchase.

Please provide details about the issue and include photos or videos to help us assess the situation.  We cannot be responsible for items not stored in a properly conditioned environment.

 Note:

• Our Dud Free Guarantee applies to unaltered fireworks.
• We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually to determine eligibility.
• If an item in an assortment is faulty, we will credit that item, not the whole assortment.
