Anyone remotely interested in fireworks, and if you are taking the time to read this, that would be you – is aware of the current fireworks shortage in the US. The problems began with the virus outbreaks in WooHan late 2019. Factory mandated shutdowns threw production into a stand still. In many cases, fireworks not produced prior to December 2019 did not make it to the States in time for the 4th of July retail sales season. Couple this with a record sales season due to people being stuck home and wanting to “blow something up” at socially distanced levels and we had a nation-wide sell out after the 4th.
